Singing and splashing in the rain encouraged! Lion has been asking Marcello and me for an umbrella for a while, and I finally ordered her a yellow raincoat, pink rain boots, and a pink transparent bubble umbrella. She found the rain boots in the coat closet as she prepped to play in yesterday's untimely snow - and she was over the moon! I kept the umbrella tucked away for another surprise when this snow warms back to rain.
